INGREDIENTS:

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, BUTTER, UBE CONDENSED MILK, DARK BROWN SUGAR, UBE EXTRACT, VANILLA, SALT, BAKING POWDER


RECIPE:

14tbsp BUTTER, unsalted and softened (not melted)

 – Whip until firm, like mayonnaise, about 5min.

230g UBE CONDENSED MILK

160g DARK BROWN SUGAR

2 1/2 tsp UBE EXTRACT

1/2 tsp VANILLA

1 tsp SALT

  • Beat for 30 seconds, then let stand for 3min.
  • Repeat 3x until shiny, then sift in:

240g FLOUR

1 tsp BAKING POWDER

  • Mix until just combined. Then stir in:

3oz WHITE CHOCOLATE, chopped

3oz MACADAMIA NUTS, chopped

  • 1.5” cookie dough, placed 2” apart
  • Place in a 350F preheated oven, middle rack. Cook for 6 minutes, turn the tray, then cook for 6 more minutes.
