- Bag with 6 cookies is filled with condensed milk.
- Bag with 4 cookies filled with condensed milk and Nutella.
INGREDIENTS:
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, BUTTER, MAYONNAISE, EGG, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, VANILLA
CONDENSED MILK FILLING (CONDENSED MILK, COOKIE CRUMBS, BUTTER)
NUTELLA FILLING (CONDENSED MILK, NUTELLA, OAT MILK, COOKIE CRUMBS, CASHEWS, BUTTER)

RECIPE:
TOOLS
- Oreshnitsa, a mold for cooking these cookies on a stovetop OR:
- A homemade mold with aluminum foil and a walnut for shaping. Untested, watch the video below for instructions.
- A bowl for the cookie dough
- A bowl and sifter for flour
- A food scale for measuring ingredients
COOKIES
In a bowl, combine:
100g BUTTER, unsalted and softened (7 tbsp)
100g MAYONNAISE
1 EGG
70g SUGAR
4g BAKING POWDER
1g VANILLA
- Mix together, then gradually add:
300g FLOUR, sifted (+20g if dough is sticky or wet)
- Mix dough by hand, being careful not to mix too much.
- Rest in refrigerator, covered, for 30 min.
- Roll into 5g balls and fry in a pre-heated oreshnitsa, flipping every few minutes over a stove.
- Separate the cookies from the mold with a rubber spatula, non-metal.
- Let the cookies cool.
COOKIE CRUMBS
- Once the cookies are cooled, gently remove any excess dough from the edges.
- Crush the dough into crumbs.
BOILED CONDENSED MILK
- In an extra large pot filled with water, place:
1 can CONDENSED MILK
- Make sure the can is not dented to avoid accidental explosion.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 hours making sure water level stays at least once inch above the can.
- Let the can cool inside the water.
CONDENSED MILK FILLING
- Mix together:
1 can BOILED CONDENSED MILK
1/2 stick BUTTER, unsalted softened
COOKIE CRUMBS, from cooked cookies
NUTELLA FILLING
- Mix together:
1 can BOILED CONDENSED MILK
1/2 stick BUTTER, unsalted softened
COOKIE CRUMBS, from cooked cookies
1 can NUTELLA
Final Step
- Fill each half COOKIE with your filling of choice and connect.
- Let the cookies set in the fridge for an hour before eating.
